Whilst working at Incommunities the digital transformation from paper based forms to computer based resulted in the need for an online form submission system.

Creating an interface that met the complex requirements of the project along with whilst ensuring that users were presented with a modern UI that fit for the digital transformation.

A custom multi stage form builder with drag and drop functionality was implemented allowing business users to create forms as and when required.
